How do worms help out soil?

Did you know that earthworms are nature’s gardeners? These amazing creatures spend their lives burrowing through the soil, creating tunnels that allow air, water, and nutrients to reach plant roots more easily. As they munch on organic matter, they break it down into nutrient-rich castings (worm poop!), which act as a natural fertilizer. Thanks to worms, our soil becomes healthier, and our plants grow stronger.
